Each of the rooms at QT Wellington include abstract lines and playful patterns. Surrounded by urban hills, the rooms include satellite TV, a private bathroom with hairdryer and ironing facilities. Some rooms feature harbour views.

Hippopotamus Restaurant is open daily for breakfast. The Cocktail Bar and Restaruant are open for dinner Thursday to Sunday, and high tea is served Saturday and Sunday afternoons. Hot Sauce serves Asian-inspired fare and cool cocktails evenings Tuesday to Sunday.

The lobby Lounge is open for coffee, drinks and all-day dining for guests to enjoy the hotel's art collection. QT Wellington is home to one of New Zealand's largest private art collections, displayed in the lobby and public spaces throughout the hotel. The fourth floor features Gallery 4 Rooms with bespoke works by Wellington and New Zealand artists.
